Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: Friendly dogs are welcome – They must be always be kept on a lead and please clean up after them.

A: Yes, we have lots. Accessible and baby changing available on-site.
Q: Is the event indoors or outdoors?
A: The event is indoors, outdoors and in various marquees.
Q: Is the event wheelchair accessible?
A: The event is set on farmland as well as the areas around the barns. Ground conditions are a mixture of grass, temporary walkways and concrete. We have had wheelchair users on site previously, but this is down to your discretion. We have accessible toilets on site - both temporary style and one inside the barns. There will be accessible parking just outside the gates for easy access - please let parking attendants aware on arrival. Finally there will be an accessible viewing area within the Circus should you wish to book this in addition to your general entry tickets.
Q: Will Father Christmas be at Christmas in the Park Suffolk?
A: The big man himself will be onsite all weekend roaming for some fantastic meet & greets plus photo opportunities, along with an array of other children’s characters. There will be no formal grotto or gifts.
Q: Can I book Circus Tickets?
A: Yes! We have a special circus only show on Friday 12th at 7pm.
The circus also will be running at various times over the weekend, you can add your circus seat tickets during checkout process. Each person wishing to enter the circus big top and requiring their own seat will need a ticket. Little ones & toddlers are allowed to sit on your lap if this is preferred (so won’t need there own ticket)
Q: What time is the Circus Show?
A: There will be a Circus only show on Friday 12th December at 7pm – no access to the rest of the event.
Saturday 13th December – Show times – 11am, 2pm & 5pm.
Sunday 14th December – Show times – 11am & 2pm.
Q: How long does the Circus Show run for?
A: The show itself runs for approximately 1 hour. Please allow time for accessing and getting to seats etc. Arrive at the big top 20-30 minutes before your chosen show time.
Q: If we miss our time slot for the Circus, what can we do?
A: If you miss your time slot for the Circus show, we will try our best to accommodate you on the next available show time, this is NOT GUARENTEED, please arrive in good time.

A: Sorry to hear you are unable to join us, unfortunately all tickets are non-refundable.

A: Most traders, food stalls and attractions will accept card payment, but we recommend bringing cash as signal can be intermittent.

Q: Will the weather affect the event?
A: The event will go ahead come rain or shine. We have plenty of undercover spaced to stay nice and dry. Remember to pack a rain Mac and appropriate footwear, the ground underfoot is various terrains, including grass, gravel and tarmac.
Q: Will tickets be available on the gate?
A: We highly recommend pre-booking your tickets online to guarantee entry.
Q: Can we stay over on-site?
A: There is strictly no on-site camping allowed, the venue must be vacated at time of closing.
